When data has been entered inconsistently over time — different formats, duplicate records, conflicting fields, missing values — it becomes unreliable and hard to use. I audit, standardize, and validate records at scale, and deliver a clean dataset with documentation of what was changed and why. Current work includes reconciling 5,000+ address records across fields for a legal compliance database at a financial services firm.This work is handled with complete discretion. I take on cases pro-bono where circumstances warrant — some searches matter more than money.

Data Architecture Recommendations Sometimes the problem isn't the data — it's the structure it lives in. I review how information is organized, identify where the design is creating friction, and recommend practical improvements that don't require starting from scratch.
